Just returned from a trip to London and our first experience using Just Park. Excellent, secure parking very close to where we were staying. Easy to use and we felt very confident leaving our car for 2 nights. Would definitely use again if visiting London.

Finding the car park was really easy as you'd sent clear instructions of where to go and how to access.
Once I got in to the car park, signage of where I should be parking was not clear, also it would have been helpful if there were instructions about where the pedestrian exit is as again there was no signage.
I parked my car in a section behind a JustPark sign, and returned to a handwritten note and a printed note from the concierge team telling me I had parked illegally.

The experience was straight forward and definitely value for money. The carpark itself was in a tricky spot find and to make things more difficult there were road closures but this wasn't anything to do with the service offered more just being unlucky with timings.
Would definitely use the service again!

great parking space in the middle of the venues I have to go for my son’s wedding easy access and very secure as I needed to leave some of my stuff in the car . I am very pleased to find this car park and will recommend to people travel to London and wants 24 hour car park
