Don’t ever book this spot. Totally unreliable and the owner is careless. I’ve booked this space three times and two out of three times it was already occupied when I arrived.
The first time (Sep 8, 7:40 AM) was the most humiliating. It was my first day at a new job, I drove all the way from Northampton only to find someone else’s car in the space. I tried calling the owner — no answer. After 15 minutes of panic and stress, a lady casually came out and moved the car. I ended up late for my very first day at work because of this nonsense.
Second time it worked fine, but on the third booking(Sep 25, #94787531) the exact same issue happened again. This time the owner picked up and simply said, “I’ll refund” and cut the call — no apology, no responsibility, nothing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
To make things worse, JustPark customer support doesn’t even open until 8 AM. I was stranded at 7:30 AM, scrambling to find another space on my own.
This spot is a gamble if you value your time, sanity, and money, stay far away from it.

The image shows 2 clear, spacious spaces, when I arrived there were 2 cars already parked and I had to squeeze in between the two.

Arrived and all the spaces were full - rang owner who said he would refund the parking. Hasn't done this - wouldn't use again now - not the way to treat people.
