Thistle Hotel Kensington Gardens Car Park

Great parking, but not a huge amount of spaces. I was a little worried when I first entered that there would be a space. An actual space wasn't reserved and the car park looked quite full. I did get a space. I didn't see any Just Park logos around so I did feel a little anxious that it was the correct place. The lower levels are locked at night, so the car was safe and secure.

Really smooth process and a good price. Safe and secure parking space.

Price on spot is way less then online parking. Also there was no parent parking

Secure and safe, no damage on the car. Just very narrow parking spots

Ease of booking

Tiny spaces, very difficult to get in. Youths running round the underground spaces being antisocial. Smelt heavily of urine.

I parked here for 3 days, when I came back to collect my car, there had been some sort of leak, I'm assuming something acidic from the ceiling, and it's damaged the paint on my car, leaving huge white marks which won't come off and have eaten through the paint work. Do not park your car here.

This was so easy and so straightforward, I checked at least 3 times everything was in order. Very reasonably priced and great location. Will definitely use again.
