I would like to request a full refund 94168164. I along with four other people were locked out of the garage for an hour unable to collect our cars. The intercom system was broken and The entry system did not work and the intercom system was broken so no one could help from Horizon. When we called them they were unable to help as were Just Park. This caused great anxiety to me and several others as we had work to go on to. I will never park at this garage again! Please can I have a refund for the stress and inconvenience the situation caused. It is inconceiveable that one arrives back at the garage unable to get to the car. Alex Lloyd 07767826154

Easy to find, helpful attendant but very tight space. On return could neither access the car park nor leave. The intercom service was prompt and helpful though.

Easy to find. Easy to Park. Only little issue was exit gate was not opening at time of exit. But once informed, reset was done and door allowed the exit.
