Hi There,
The parking space you are looking at is on my drive outside my house. It is a bricked driveway with no vegetation and has plenty of parking space with space for up to 4 cars.
Access is via a driveway crossover off Avery Hill Road. The space is situated within 500 meters of New Eltham railway station and only a short distance from the A20 and A2 dual carriageways. The space is also close to Avery Hill Park and the Avery Hill campus for Greenwich university.
There are also regular bus routes to Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Eltham. Night buses from London Bridge are close as well.
I have a video doorbell that constantly monitors the entire driveway.
