My registration number never opens the barrier. I always have to take a ticket and call for assistance when I’m leaving so I can get out.

Barrier would not open. Had to take a ticket to get and then pay to get out. Very poor and ended up paying double the fee that was booked.

Apart from one thing everything worked well. The bit that didn't work so well was access back into the parking area to get our car. The instructions stated we needed a QR code but we couldn't work out how to get this. However, it turned out it was easy as we just had to call for assistance. It was just confusing with the QR code bit.
