My phone battery ran out, had no access to emails nor had QR code to access the car park, very stressful in a situation like that. They need a 24hr help line for emergency just incase of an unlikely event, as it can happen to anyone at any time given the situation.

Number Plate was Not read properly, had to Call the Hotline

No issues at all, could only be improved by providing disabled spaces and widening the entrance/exit gates as these are very narrow.

The whole operation of book, locate and park was flawless; at a very fair cost and inspiring convidence for future use.

I booked a parking spot several weeks out but when I got there the scan code I received in my email didn’t work and I had to pay to use the garage. I’ve now paid double, very frustrating.

Spaces small not good for a big car

Broken gate on the arrival had to wait over an hours to access and missed an event that we booked and went for!! Want my money back! And not to mention the stress of 5 upset children!!

Well it was easy to find. Although i have a baby and there is no baby spaces and i found it kind of irritating. The car park stank of pee that was vile. Now i came all the way from Liverpool and really needed to use the toilet and there wasnt one so i had to run around to find a place to use the toilet. When i was leaving there was a man that parked next to an aston martin and when he got out bashed his door into the expensive car. The lifts werent working so imagine me with the pram and the baby.

Doors were jammed and no one was available to help
