Elms Mews Car Park

Strange location but had security on site and felt secure.

when I arrived at the space the area was cordoned off and I was told that I could not park there and that this was a scam.

So many spaces covered by squatters rubbish and illegal dumping. No cleaning. Piss smell everywhere.

Got to the car park and the spaces were all full. No regulation of parking and no one to contact. The website and app were unhelpful. I took a video on the carpark for proof to get my money refunded. I won't use Just park again in the future.

Major information first: ignore provided postcode and type in/go to Elms Mews. Its a smaller road next to a pub. then turn right, you will see where it is immediately. We wasted ages. The spaces are next to what looks like squatters garages but the people seem fine and chilled and are probably great people? But it looks an absolute mess as if years of stuff has been collecting, it gives off a not safe vibe but we parked for 24 hours and seen nobody to worry about. The actual hotel is permanently closed by the entrance door at the carpark/area unless it has frontage somewhere else? If i owned a nice car i would probably avoid this place and pay a bit extra for piece of mind unless its for a few hours etc however, that discounts me as the car isnt worth the tyres its on. We used the space for winter wonderland and location was good for that 10/15 min walk, nice pub on the corner. I would use again because our experience was fine - workers in one of the garages at the carpark was gone by 11 so not much noise after that. Don't forget to goto elms mews.. save yourself the hassle. Then see the postcode provided is a street down.

Area is for homeless people junk everywhere no communication or no bays to park in. Horrendous!

Hotel was closed and could not locate parking and could not get hold of anyone to get directions.

It's a fairly easy space to find. Lots of contractors vehicles so not much space. The thing that concerned me were the large amount of people that appear to be living in the garages at the back of the car park coming and going. They're not residences but seem to be being used as such with lots of people in each one. Doss houses

Convenient location, but the place looked very dirty and unsafe. Next time I will go elsewhere.
