The parking space is located just inside the southern entrance to Roland Way, South Kensington, London, SW7 3RE, behind the Blakes Hotel, just off Roland Gardens (opposite a walk way called Thistle Grove), 30 meters east of Drayton Gardens and south of the Fulham Road.
Parking is available 24/7 with no height restrictions and allows for overnight parking. It is outside the congestion charge zone, with convenient access to all of Central London.

The parking space is just a 5 minute walk from The Royal Marsden Hospital, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, The Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital, a 10 minute walk to the Chelsea Football Stadium (Stamford Bridge) and a 7 minute walk to the shops on the Kings Road. Entry Access:
The parking space is located at the Southern end of Roland Way, London, SW7 3RE (not the entrance near the Old Brompton Road, opposite Roland House).
To enter Roland Way:
You must enter through the barrier at the Southern end of Roland Way.
Note: You CANNOT enter the mews through the Northern entrance which has black brick flower beds on either side of the entrance and is located opposite "Roland House" and close to Falkner House School, close to the T junction with the Old Brompton, as this Northern entrance has restricted access (blocked).
The entry to the Southern entrance of Roland Way is to be found at the Blakes Hotel end of Roland Gardens, directly opposite a walkway called “Thistle Grove”, just 30 meters from Drayton Gardens.
Once the barrier is raised and you’ve entered the mews, the parking space is the fourth parking space on the left hand side of the road, just 30m from the entry barrier (with your back facing the entry barrier, i.e. behind you).
Look for a brown electricity box and a FlashPark sign on the brick wall. That is where the parking space is located.
Please can you park your car as close to the brick wall as possible, with all four wheels of your car on the stone bricks & not on the tarmac.
Please do not park on the cobbles in front of any of the mews houses within Roland Way itself, rather only use the dedicated parking space (ref the photos).

This parking was absolutely fantastic! So easy to find and access and it felt very secure in a lovely and accessible part of London. It was a very short walk to Gloucester Road tube station, with great amenities along the way. It wasn't far from the M4 motorway and was the perfect place to comfortably leave our car and access central London with ease....we will definitely be using this location again.

We had to call the owner as we couldn't find the road. It turns out there are some plants covering the road name. The owner answered the phone even though he was on holiday and 'up a mountain' and guided us while we drove to the parking space.
Really friendly owner and the space was big enough for our RAV4. We'll definitely use this space again.

Hi, when we were leaving the key fob in the lock box I couldn't get the box to lock. The box is closed but not locked.

Initially struggled to find the space until we realised we'd used the North entrance and not the South. Once found, the space was secure and large enough to accommodate our VW Tiguan. Would definitely recommend.
