Ibis Liverpool Albert Dock Car Park

Simple to use the app, and had no issues when I parked up for 2 nights.

Parking was straightforward and as it was an Ibis hotel we could get food and use the loo before the 8 min walk to the venue. All worked well, would definitely use again.

Booked and pre paid for parking at IBIS hotel Liverpool £25 Arrived to find no spaces available Had to wait in a checking in queue- we were not staying at the hotel for 20 minutes Manager had to move her car so we could park our car

Booked over a week in advance for 3pm to 11am. Arrived at 4pm and there were no spaces meaning cars parked in none designated parking bays making it difficult to manoeuvre around the car park. Entry and exit barriers described in parking instructions were none existent.

There was no space for me to park when I arrived and I didn't need to pay as I was a resident in the ibis hotel anyway

Parking spaces quite limited at busy times but found one. Good for Albert Dock and ACC venues / conference centre but busy dual carriageway to cross

Easy to use and get to! Used just park whilst going to the m&s bank arena

Easy to follow instructions and ideal place for reasonably safe parking near the Liverpool Cruise Terminal.

Go direct with the hotel I was charged £51 by trustpark if I’d have paid through the hotel it would have cost me £20.
