Ibis Liverpool Albert Dock Car Park

We were told by the Ibis we could have got it cheaper

When we got to car park there wasnt any spaces available except 3 disabled ,paid £16.00 for our stay and had to park in disabled as no other space ,hope i dont get ticket ,regards Kerry .

We found the car park very easily. Parked with ease and the people on reception were very helpful when we were leaving. Couldn’t ask for more.

Put it clear on the website if it’s not a car park, I had to read reviews to find that out.

The entry instructions were not as described. No barrier in place , no ticket machine available. Had to rely on the hotel reception to verbally support my parking with no assurance that your terms and conditions rate met

Unfortunately this was the first time I have not checked the reviews before booking. As everybody else has said - there are no spaces free when you arrive! We were about to drive away when somebody came out of a space very tight up a corner and after multiple manoeuvres managed to get in. I would not use Ibis again due to lack of car parking spaces when you arrive which is the point of using this app to know you will have a save!

When we arrived there was not any parking spaces available, fortunately someone was checking out of the hotel so we were able to have their space.

Arrived at car park to find no available spaces! Car park full! Cancelled booking over phone and now awaiting refund Went to alternative public multi story car park and it was cheaper! So will defo never use this app again as it's unreliable and there were lots of cheaper alternatives

Less than 1 star. Turned up at the Ibis hotel parking and no available spaces. Went to reception and was told no spaces available. Booked via 3rd party and not valid as their customers come first and don't honour outside agnecy bookings. Therefore we had to find somewhere else. Luckily we did thank goodness. Will not be using your company again.
