Superb service from payment to directions to siteand departure.
The location was excellent and I didn't need to scan anything. the cameras picked up my reg and I was free to drive in and park at my leisure. A truly great parking experience. Many thanks for an excellent service.

Really easy to download app and book. Directions were given to selected car park. Drove straight in and into a space and left without having to use a pay machine-the barrier recognised reg plate and lifted.

I didn't go for parking! I tried to call your company but it was really difficult to contact. I supposed to cancel my booking but it end up wasting my money!

Apart from the camera mis-reading my number plate, on the whole the process for pre-paying for a space and the whole process was very easy, thumbs up here :)

Really easy to pre-book and pay for. Car park barrier opened automatically on entry and exit so no worrying about getting ticket and paying at the pay station!!! Will definitely use again!

Would have been helpful to be sent QR code for re-entry via pedestrian entrance. Had to call for help and wait to get back in.
