My car broke so I had to change my registration. Wouldn’t let me change it, so I had to cancel and rebook. Couldn’t book at the same venue and prices had nearly doubled. Still haven’t received a refund for cancelled booking, couldn’t use the credit to rebook so that’s just sitting as credit

Q park did not recognise plate on entry. No one answered help button. Had to take ticket as queue behind me.
On exit again would not recognise plate and again no response to help request.
Ended I have paid twice yo park.
