Simple to use and great car park in Liverpool

Good value and easy to book, great directions using the map link. Only small grumble was that parking is shared with other "companies" which have instructions and warnings plastered around the car park. Going through JustPark, you don't have to follow those instructions about payment and penalty, but this is not exactly clear on the email booking confirmation.

Tried to use their service to pre book a parking space near the M&S Arena in Liverpool. Paid for parking via their website and still got a £100 fine through the post from the operators ANPR cameras. Of course they reject the appeal and I ended up having to pay the fine.
Don't use them unless you're happy being fined £60-£100 for non payment

Directions were straightforward and it was easy to find BUT there was nothing to say that booking through just park would stop you getting a ticket as the payment methods on the signs were to pay at machine or via an app and the only 'secure' aspect is a camera at the entrance. At least 2 'ladies of the night' were outside the entrance shouting to passing people.
We were going to m&s arena and would be coming back fairly late so I paid to park elsewhere.

I did as requested in your reply and sent the information through but just got auto reply suggestions on how to extend my parking so that wasn't helpful at all. I then got an email asking me if I'd had a chance to look at your response and if there was no reply the ticket would be closed! Your responses did not improve my experience of Just Park.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HERE - PAY AT THE CAR PARK DIRECTLY!!! I payed £57 to book on here for less than 4 days when at the car park it's £25 for 5 days. The car park is fantastic and there are hundreds of spaces so no need to prebook on this scamming website that will charge you over double and then refuse a refund!
