First time used, what an easy thing to use. Everything was so easy to use; I had to do a little research on how my car would be recognised. A little attention could be made to the fact that your reg is seen on entry, HIGHLIGHTED. Overall, it was amazing, 8-minute walk from the MS Arena, fantastic controlled road crossing and to our delight, the whole car park was flood lite. Amazing and at a fraction of the price of other Liverpool One costs and no issues getting out, boom home :) Yeah, thanks again. Get it booked, kids; walk straight out, and you have a McDonlads at the crossing if you need some food after travelling far. I don't endorse McDonald's, but after travelling you need to eat x

Simple to use and great car park in Liverpool

Good value and easy to book, great directions using the map link. Only small grumble was that parking is shared with other "companies" which have instructions and warnings plastered around the car park. Going through JustPark, you don't have to follow those instructions about payment and penalty, but this is not exactly clear on the email booking confirmation.

Easy to find and plenty of spaces to park.
