I had a discount code from my hotel but when I booked the parking there was nowhere to enter it, apparently the hotel should have booked this for me, but I was not aware, so apologies to Go Park. The spaces were a bit small. However, getting in and out was easy with vehicle recognition.

We had booked from 10 to 4pm, but didn't get into the car park until after 11.30 am.
We were held up at the barrier as the car in front, had ignored the car park full sign, and was just waiting for a space to become available.
Perhaps a second barrier should be available to separate those who book and pay for a space in advance, and those who simply wait and hold everyone up. It would certainly stop the endless lines of frustrated drivers eager to get their paid for space on time. Either that or give each space a designated number, and make all the spaces/bays advance booking only, with no refunds!

Rang for assistance barrier was raised
No toilet facilities.
Could not exit the car park took a long time for assistance to be answered
Not a good experience, no point in booking if the reservation system does not work.

The booking of the parking space was easy and the number plate recognition, when I arrived at the car park, worked well.
The only thing that I didn't do was take my booking receipt with me and getting back into the carpark through a pedestrian automatic door required me to scan the QR code from the receipt. I had to walk around to the car entrance ramp
