Genuinely so easy to find. I was slightly worried by the bad reviews about the barriers not opening, and I didn't quite understand what people meant by the 'open button.' To clarify for others: once you arrive at the gates during your designated parking time, an 'Open Gates' button appears directly in the Just Park app. You just tap it to get in, and do the exact same thing to exit. I actually saw someone ahead of me struggling because they didn't know this! Overall, I felt completely safe leaving my car here and will definitely use it again.

barrier was hard to get open and sign said to log out when I left which was not possible as far as I could see
