Hilton Leeds City Car Park Prebook

This is an excuse for a car park , without Hilton staff help I'd still be there

Brilliant to book, but had to ring for all four times to get the barriers open.

I booked ok but when I got to the car park, parked and scanned the QR code it said there were no parking spaces available so I couldn't start my parking slot. I tried to call customer service but it was out of hours so no one was there to help. I went on a different parking app and that one said there were spaces available so I had to book through them just to be sure I was covered as I had a train to catch so couldn't wait but wanted to be sure i wouldn't get a parking fine. I now see that I have paid for the parking space twice. After all that i still had to call for assistance to be able to leave the car park as neither apps had available the option to end the parking session and therefore let me out. I won't be risking that again.

Great service and communication

Easy to book and good communication.

Can only access the car park from one direction and was quite tricky to find. Access in and out was very tight. I drive a Kia Sportage but anything bigger would really struggle.

Simple, easy to use and good customwr service for a query.

It would have been £8 cheaper to book through parking bee and not book in advance. Although the process was smooth

The integration with the parking garage and the JustPark app did not work and I had to phone up to get let out.
