Very unprofessional and absurd. No reply from the owner even messaging multiple times. Had a "do not park" cardboard stuck on the front of the car when I returned to take the car back. Bit scary and unprofessional, also rubbish around the area.

Space doesn't appear to be available anymore (current tenants weren't too impressed when we parked our car there!).
I would avoid going forward unless space owner clarified further.
