As a first time user and as I booked around 9 months in advance I was a little apprehensive but all went very smoothly on the day. The only reason for dropping a star is it appears the website isn't being kept up to date with its security certificates and my security software strongly recommends not using the website which is a shame. Probably now the company is becoming more established worth investing in website security

This is a really good space to use when visiting Brighton and Hove. It's a largely downhill walk into the centre of Brighton, which can be done in approximately 30-minutes.
