Space description
Very small driveway near the centre of Hove, close to great restaurants, bars and shops and the beach!
4.3m long and 2.3m wide. It is a very tight space but I can just squeeze my large 4x4 in there - just watch your wing mirrors though as the pillars get very close! Would advise reversing in as is easy to open car door to get out. Difficult to open door if you drive in forwards. Advise that passengers get out first as limited space to open doors!
Please be careful not to touch the garage door at all with your car!
Please contact me with any issues via the app and I will respond quickly. Please do NOT ring the doorbell of the property or walk across the front garden.

How our drivers felt about this space
The parking space is in a great location and is easy to find. It's safe and ideal for smaller cars, though it may be too tight for larger ones. Overall, a convenient option for those with compact vehicles.

The space is quite tight so good to see that is clearly highlighted in advance. I did try and contact the owner via the listed phone number but didn't get answered or a call back to answer my query - hence 4 stars instead of 5

A great parking space, good location. It was a tight fit to be honest I had a bit of trouble getting out of the drivers side but I did it! I have a Mazda 3 saloon to put it into context. Owner was helpful and responsive when I called to say I was parking a bit earlier than booked. Will use again

The space was too small for my car (Mercedes GLC 220) so had to find something else.

The parking space was not described as small!! We had to get out of the boot as the space was so tight, and it is not a 4 minute walk to the cricket ground either

This is a very tiny space for a car, probably the smallest parking space I have been in. My MINI just fit in and very difficult to open the door to get out from the car. Just be careful of the car mirrors when moving the car in or out. I cant open my car door properly to get out of my car. I had to squeeze out from the door after parking in the space. However, the space is easy to find.

The space is tiny and difficult to access
Bethany H8th July 2024
The space is very small even for a small car it was a tight fit, otherwise great just wouldn’t be possible if you had a car bigger than a VW Golf.
Otherwise great no issues !
