The car park we booked was absolutely fine but all the spaces were taken. The contact for the booking did answer quickly but we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to assist us. We were shown to another car park across the street that was full of rubbish and what seemed to be scrap cars. The angles to get in and out were really tight. It took about 15 minutes to negotiate our car out of the car park when we left. Grateful for the space but not at all what was advertised.

Excellent place

I booked for the Brighton half marathon, turned up early to see all spaces filled, had to park in an odd spot to the side. Within the next 5 minutes several other cars turned up having also booked. This owner obviously did not check how many people booked, or set a limit, leaving many people without parking on a big day in brighton. Extremely unhelpful, would not answer people's calls, and should not be allowed to use the app again.

Very good price as Brighton car parks are so high definitely be useing this app again

DO NOT PARK HERE Weeks in advance, I booked a parking space available from 07:00 near the Brighton Half Marathon start line. I relied on this booking to remove any uncertainty or stress on the day. I arrived to find the car park completely full. What is worse, whilst waiting for the parking manager to try and arrange another space, another 6-8 cars showed up who had also booked the same parking space as me. After a while, this 'parking manager' stopped answering our calls all together. Meaning we had to desperately drive around the streets of Brighton & Hove trying to find a bay to use under the time stress of missing the start of the race. Absolutely unacceptable and distressing experience.

My first experience, I arrived and there were no parking spaces. I called the owner and he told me that Justpark owed him loads of money - so the space wasn't available. Justpark has basically told me it tough as the owner won't refund me and are doing nothing about it.

The car park was full except one space which we only just managed to park, very tight on one side so we could exit drivers side. Another car turned up who had also booked through Just Park and there was no space Avoid this space, not reliable.

A decent space near the centre of Hove. Quite busy with people coming and going. It felt looked after. You can also turn up and park there using a QR code

The car park was full as it's a public car park. My friends and I (x3 cars) paid to park here to arrive to find it full.
