Only a minute away from local stores and coffee bars ie; Sainsbury's Local, Costa Coffee, Flourpot Cafe & Bakery. A 10 minute walk to the seafront & the King Alfred leisure centre, and only minutes at either end of the street to catch regular buses into central Brighton. Hove with many stores, cafes and restaurants, is only 15 minutes walk. Aldrington rail station is approx 5 minutes walk, and Hove rail station is 15 minutes walk, both with direct access to London and Brighton; west to Worthing and Portsmouth; east to Lewes and Eastbourne

Excellent.
Accurate description of space.
Parked Volvo XC90 with room to spare length ways and plenty of room to open doors. Wide road easy to reverse into drive. Wasn’t a busy road when using parking. Flat 7 min walk to sea front.
Very appreciative of owner to offer driveway at a very fair cost for the day. Thank you.
