Great space, really felt great having a good place to park while away

In general the driveway itself was sufficient for purpose and communication from the owner was good. It was a reasonable price and a good location for visiting friends. The only significant problem was that the slope from road to driveway was steep and eroded. If you have a moderately low bumper like mine, it gets scraped every time you reverse out, no matter how careful you are. My bumper is probably lower than average, but it isn't very low, like some trim. Unfortunately, this was a big problem for me! I understand that this issue won't affect everybody, but it's worth noting, for those that it will. The driveway is also quite narrow, so I had to reverse out before letting a passenger in. That wasn't really a big deal for us. However, it may cause accessibility issues for anyone who needs ample space to enter and exit their vehicle.
