Pretty straight forward, no hassle and very reasonable. It's easier if there are two people in the car. As others had mentioned, one could open the gate while the other drives the car.

Very easy to find. Good size space. Only problem is if you're on your own opening and closing the gates and getting in and out the car is a bit of a challenge but doesn't affect the use of the space. Will park again. Also cute cats!
