Tried to phone JustPark and the number didn't work

the parking machine was out of order and no phone signal so tried to pay on the app when I was home connected to my WiFi but the app was constantly saying no Internet signal. I then tried phoning to pay but when prompted to input the location number and pressing hash the phone kept disconnecting. I eventually managed to pay on the app after an hour of trying and emailing JustPark.

All machines didn't work. The just park app I had didn't load just a spinning icon no explanatory message. I had to delete the app and download a new app. As an existing user of the app I feel I should have been notified this was needed.

It was extremely difficult to get the app to connect and to be able to make a booking/payment. Incredibly frustrating process. I will be avoiding JustPark locations as much as possible as it’s not the first time in a JustPark location that I’ve had problems compared to other parking payment providers.
