There is no access overnight between 21:00 and 07:00, apart from for monthly bookings where I can lend you a key fob for a £30 deposit.

The space is situated near Sussex County Cricket Ground, the Montefiore Hospital and St Ann's Well Gardens. The walking distance to Brighton City Centre is approximately 20-25 minutes and 10 minutes to Hove seafront.
Sorry, no vans, minibuses, caravans, mobile homes or commercial vehicles are allowable.

Great parking space in a secure location, easy to find and close to Brighton. Ideal for most vehicles, with excellent communication from the owner. A few reviews mention tightness for larger cars, but overall a fantastic option.

Postcode in directions so straight to where you need to be! Easy access. Safe looking area. Space was a little tight, but perfect for my Kaptur.

easy to find the location, knowing it was locked at night but my mind at ease.
Parking space was on the small side, so quite tight.
Unfortunately on my return, I found that someone had marked my driver door and handle, but what was strange, was that someone had tried to touch it up with paint.
Very unhappy, as only had my car 3 days. Spoke to the lady who space it is, to ask if camera but unfortunately not.
Not her fault but very disappointing.

Great parking spot, secure location. Option to have a key in case you need to use your car between 9pm to 7am. Peace of mind being able to leave it in a secure area. Will definitely park there again if I visit Brighton again :)
