Entry to the estate is via Holland Road, 50 metres south of the junction with Davigdor Road/Cromwell Road. From Chatsworth Square, the no 7 bus takes less than 10-15 minutes to both the Brighton and Hove train stations. Sussex county cricket ground is 7-8 minutes walk. The sea front at Hove Lawns is a similar walk.

The parking space was okay, however locating it was not. The post code is given for the flat. This should be left off the advert. Just need the post code for the parking space which is in a different road and post code. Having both post codes in the advert made it difficult to find. If this was sorted out the space is perfect for a hatchback to park in.

Easy to find, very safe and secure and big enough for my BMW 5 Series, great communication from the space owner, would recommend and use again. Ideal for the Montefiore Hospital.
