First time using JustPark.
We booked and paid for a space several days in advance close to where we needed to be.
When we arrived there were no spaces available. We contacted JP (no phone numbers only email), no response from them for an hour.
Extremely disappointed by the experience as booking doesn’t seem to mean you necessarily get a space where you booked.

AVOID! Got here on the Saturday afternoon and all spaces were taken where we were supposed to park even though we had paid. Too small for the number of cars and not worth the stress to anybody thinking of booking here.

DO NOT BOOK. Unfortunately, there were no parking spots left. We had booked this space months in advance ready for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Called JustPark as there was no space available, to which they offered a space 1hr 30 mins away! There were also no contact details for the person/company who advertised this spot. Received a refund but no other form of compensation despite all the hassle this caused. Very frustrating!
