Parking space would have been fine if it wasn't for extensive roadworks, which have been there for quite a while according to a neighbour. I ended up badly scraping my front bumper on very high curb on other side of the narrow road whilst initially trying to manoeuvre, and it would have been impossible to get into the space at all if car parked opposite hadn't then kindly moved (fortunately owner was at home/able to be found) due to large deep holes in the road immediately at either side of the entrance to the car parking driveway space. Would have not bothered at all if it wasn't for having no other parking options for my overnight stay in the area. Really hope owner takes down this parking space offer until the roadworks are resolved.

The location was very good and a bus stop about 1 minutes walk away buses regularly went into Brighton.
