Information about parking near ExCeL
ExCeL London is an events and conference centre, located just off Victoria Dock Road, in the East London Borough of Newham. It is best found via the A1020 extension of the North Circular Road.
On-street parking near the exhibition centre can be difficult, both due to its location and because of stringent parking restrictions. Off-street parking is a viable option, with thousands of spaces available in on-site and nearby car parks. However, with good public transport links for the venue, arriving via the Docklands Light Railway should at least be considered.

ExCeL London is located within a Residential Parking Zone in the London Borough of Newham. Parking on-street nearby is difficult due to the location of the centre on the London Docklands with a general lack of roads and spaces. On-street parking around ExCeL London is limited to either pay-and-display or for resident permit holders only, with the majority the latter. Pay-and-display spaces usually have a maximum limit ranging from 1-4 hours, which will be specified on location. Parking restrictions apply from 8am-8.30pm, Monday-Saturday, but it is recommended to utilise the off-street options afforded to you when you visit.

ExCeL London offer thousands of spaces for visitors to the centre. Their Orange car park is located under the venue and is accessible from Victoria Dock Road. This car park offers quite an expensive daily fare but is undoubtedly the most conveniently located off-street option. It is open 24 hours-a-day, Monday-Sunday.
Alternatively, Royal Victoria multi-storey car park (Victoria Dock Road, E16 1AL) is around a 5 minute walk away from the Western entrance to ExCeL. This car park offers a slightly cheaper daily rate, but with less spaces than the on-site location. Also operating 24 hours-a-day, Monday-Sunday, this does serve as a viable alternative.

Disabled drivers displaying their Blue Badge may park without limit and free of charge, in any on-street pay-and-display space.
Blue Badge holders may also park on single or double yellow lines for up to 3 hours, as long they are not violating any loading bans (which should be clearly signalled on location).

ExCeL is located within the Custom House Residential Parking Zone of the London Borough of Newham. The majority of on-street parking is reserved for resident permit holders in this area, to ensure that visiting drivers to the Docklands and to ExCeL do not prevent residents and business owners from accessing their property. Parking on-street nearby as a result is particularly difficult and is not advised.
