This is a scam. The car park was full and I had to park somewhere else which costed me £30. This car park shouldn't be advertised here, what's the point of booking a space here and then not find a space.

Waste of time and money
Turned up to park my car at the London Excel event Comic-con with my autistic daughter to find that there were no available parking spaces at the hotel parking area where I had reserved my parking prepaid before I went to the destination. I am recently in complaint/dispute over payment. What’s the point of having a reserved parking, when you turn up It’s not 100% guaranteed to be available. If I would’ve known that I would not have bothered using this service.
