Had to pay to park in excel car park as followed signs for overflow car park

Unable to gain entry to carpark due to road works , ended up having to pay at Excel

I couldn’t even park there. There was a building site

The overflow car park is directly under Excel, so perfect for visiting

The space was good enough for a seven seater, it was a bit difficult to find

Had to pay twice in order to get out the carpark

There wasn’t a space for my car in the car park even though I’d pre booked a space in the Aloft Hotel car park. I went in and asked the hotel where I was supposed to park and they told me that it wasn’t anything to do with them as it’s owned by JustPark. Most of the spaces were being taken by work men who are working on the construction site next to the car park. It’s ridiculous that you aren’t able to park when you’ve prebooked. We were half an hour late for our slot in the Disney 100 exhibition in the London Excel and it fed onto our planned day out. Not an experience I will be repeating as a nervous driver in London who wanted to make the day easier for myself. I ended up parking on the end by the exit not in a space and spent the whole time worrying about getting clamped!

I didn't get the space I booked and payed for at Aloft hotel parking space! They asked me to contact you and when I called your number I didn't get anyone to discuss. And I had to go to the excel parking centre to park. Kindly reimburse me the money that I paid for while booking.

No spaces!!! Went to the Aloft Hotel, followed Sat nav and there was no space! There were building works all around and had to park in the Excel centre at extra expense. Very very disappointed
