Awful experience, drove all the way to London on a pre booked parking space and paid money for that, to be told when we arrive your not allowed in as there are no spaces, even tho we paid and prebooked a space for certain times. Disgusting and will never use again

I pre booked my parking but there were no spaces. I had to park on a pavement mounting a large curb and risking damage to my car.

There are a lot of roadworks going on so the space was not obvious to find if you didn't know the area. However, I was able to pull up free of charge and pop in to the hotel reception who gave me directions. I also spoke to some helpful roadworkers who pointed me in the right direction.
