Treetops Car Park

!!! AVOID !!! Don't Park Here!!! Nightmare. Parked in parking space at with a Just Park sign and have received a parking ticket (PCN) from UK Car Park Management. Despite providing proof of parking at time of ticket, they have rejected appeal. It's a ball ache believe me and and a total waste of time. Do yourself a favour and park elsewhere

Best place to park if you know you can't get into Epping Station Car Park.

Very easy to use, reasonable price, simple website.

Value for money, very short distance from Epping Station.

I was looking for something that said 'Treetops' on it and that wasn't the case so that made it tricky , apart from that all good

Used this now several times but this last time I got a fine for no permit will certainly be avoiding using this place again in future!! Nothing on the booking states you need a permit! I parked as per the instructions. Can't leave a zero but I would if I could if you are the owner of this place I suggest you review this as I won't be returning any time soon.

Bad parking by some other cars made the space difficult to park

It is a good location close to tube and not badly priced.. my only gripe is that some of the spaces at the front can be hard to get into mainly due to other drivers lack of consideration.. I struggled today even in a small hatch because a big suv in next bay had parked on the line.. I could get in the space but wouldn't have been able to open doors.. and some don't park as far over to one side as possible thus reducing the space in the rest of the bays... just be warned jf turning up late morning...
