Someone home most of the time and neighbours either side home pretty much all the time.
7/8 minutes walk to Epping underground station (through alleyway from Centre Drive.) 30 minute tube journey into Central London. 10 mins walk to Epping High Street.
Large, paved driveway – very easy to get in and out of.

Agree with all comments about this good space and location. My SatNav directed me to the wrong area unfortunately. The owner was v helpful thankfully. The sequencing of house numbers is a wee bit higgledy-piggledy so if you are on the downward slope on Springfield it's on your left just as Springfield curves to the left.
