PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PARK IN RIGHT PLACE. WE ARE HOUSE NEXT TO THE NEW BLOCK OF FLATS AND THERE IS A 56 ABOVE GARAGE DOOR.
Private driveway with two spaces available for rent for off road parking. Really close to Epping tube station - less than a 5 minute walk either on road or footpath. Driveway is steep so not suitable for cars with a low suspension.
Both spaces are available for different times of the day, one at anytime and the other only between hours 7am to 5pm.

The space was easy to find and close to the station. I was aware it was a steep drive having looked at the reviews and decided to give it ago considering it was cheaper than other spaces. On arrival there was a car parked on the right side (in front of the garage) which was less steep. The space on the left was considerably more steep. When I reversed my car in and tried to park, it wouldn’t hold on the hand brake and in first gear and kept rolling back. Newer cars may cope better but I had to park at the station instead.

Close to the tube station, and bus stops. So easy to park and get in and out of london. Good communications with clear instructions.
Very steep drive, so confidence on reverse hill start, and someone on pavement to watch for traffic.

Close to station but unfortunately there were no tubes running that day so decided to drive on into London due to urgent appt.

Booked this parking space minutes prior to arrival. On arrival there was already a car on the drive parked to the right. It is a very steep driveway. When I tried to park our car on the left of the drive way the car bottomed out on the kerb and drive so I couldn't park there. I would suggest there is only really room for one car to be parked there adequately.
I then cancelled the booking only to be told no refund due to it being less than 24 hours. Not a great experience!
