I am the second house on the right hand side as you enter Broadoaks. I have two spaces so please park under the first flat window, on the right hand side of the house as you face the front door. Please park facing the house - please do not reverse into the drive. Remember to put your parking confirmation on your windscreen so that I can see you have the space booked. My parking space is on a private driveway close to the station. Epping Central line tube station is a few minutes walk via a lit footpath which is off Centre Drive, just past Woodland Grove. Once booked, your parking space is guaranteed.

Very easy to organise your parking. Website is clear and easy to use.
Would be better to include the admin fee in the price given at the point of selection rather than as an add on which pops up when you book.
