Do not use this parking space. We booked this space and the owner contacted us prior to arrival asking us to call him. We thought this very helpful. He directed us in and told us exactly where to park. 3 weeks later we get a parking fine. We were apparently in the wrong space despite being directed to exactly the space we parked in! The pictures from the company fining us clearly show our car with a parking notice on the windscreen. When we arrived back there was no notice on the windscreen. While we were waiting to leave the space (ambulance blocking the exit) we even spoke to the owner of the space who introduced himself and asked us if everything was OK. We currently feel totally screwed over as we did nothing wrong but have a fine to pay. He is now not responding to calls or messages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Turned up to the parking space with a chain blocking the entrance to the parking area. there was a lock in place which required a code. This was not communicated at all at purchase to the space.
We did ring the owner a couple of times, but didn't respond till 10/15 minutes later where we had already gone to a secured parking area. The owner of the space could help with future bookings by telling people that there is a lock in place with the code to make sure this doesn't happen again.
