I parked according to the times and dates paid for via Just Park and have received a PCN advising "the vehicle was parked without a valid Pay by Phone transaction" I had read a previous review about receiving a ticket and checked with Just Park who advised the parking space was registered with them. This needs to be looked into to avoid customers having to deal with PCN's after paying for parking via the app.

We got a PCN for parking at this space, which is hugely frustrating !

Postcode not accurate. Takes you to the front of the building on the main road - it is not on Wellesley Road, the parking space is behind the building, in fact off Walpole road - which is part of an area full of one way streets and dead end streets. We didn't know the area and the nav took us round and round in circles. Not a great experience. Map loco needs to say Walpole Road - or you will otherwise get to the front of the huge building building with no access just front door and no sign of a car park, just on the main dual express way full of bus lanes. Bad experience.
