I could not find the entrance to the car park. It was not sign posted and my sat nav wanted me to go through no entry signs and drive in a bus lane. I was pressed for time so parked somewhere else - so effectively paid twice. Never again

Easy booking system. Email confirmation with directions / map to the parking and easy to follow directions on entrance and exit of the parking. Web site easy to use and navigate i just typed in where i wanted to be near to and fetched up numerous paking site's, just had to choose what was suitable.

A good and secure feeling car park. A downside I have experienced is that you need to validate your ticket to gain entry to the car park. This means that you then have 15 mins to exit regardless of how long you have booked for. So for example if you need to get something from your vehicle half way through your session, you'll need to leave early.
