I received a parking ticket for parking at this time which I appealed. The fine was overturned but the email was unapologetic.

Payed for car park on your app, which is fine hotel still proceeded to charge us £15 for there personal carpark which was full at the time, so we had to use the app, now we are £15 down, I even spoke to the lady at the desk and she said she would refund us the £15 but she proceeded to charge us after we left the building so we couldn't come backs. Day something, I think it's outrageous and will be telling people not to go there.

It was impossible to book through the app as it kept telling me there were no spaces even though I was in one! I did manage to book over the phone though.
