Easy to find easy to park in

Unfortunately, can Unfortunately, I can't recommend. We parked in a space, but it wasn’t the experience described or hoped for. The instructions say there will be a cone indicating where to park – that wasn’t visible. This is a common ‘residents only’ parking area - spaces may be allocated to specific properties (don’t know) but they’re not visibly numbered. How do I know I wasn’t parked in someone else’s space? Didn’t feel comfortable. I messaged the day before asking for a phone number just in case of issues – description says to call if any probs. but no number is provided in instructions, and I had no reply to my request. Next time, I’ll park on street in spaces I saw available.

I haven't found the parking slot.. as described not found the 154 cone. We haven't able to reach owner both call / text messages.. My one hour time got wasted

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, as I still don't know if I parked in the correct place. The spaces are not numbered and the instructions were leading to a car park with many spaces which could be anyone's, therefore I wasn't sure if just turning right at the end was enough. Even the stated door number was not visible or any sign of it. Maybe pictures in the ad could help, but there weren't any. As soon as parking elsewhere was available, I moved the car for peace of mind.

Awful experience. Was hard to find. Bins blocking area. Unable to locate parking space. So Didn't stay. Would not attempt to use.

Found just park easy and very good and informative. Easy to find. Step by step instructions.

I was worried as this is my first time using the app but the owner of the space left clear directions which were very helpful! Will defo be using again.
