Not sure, if it seemed safe. Sure, nothing specific happened with the care but the area is not monitored.
I won't call it unsafe but calling it safe would also not fit my experience only by parking for one time.

There was a car parked in the booked space, so I had to look for alternative parking. There was no response to my call and text messages from the parking space's owner over the past 3 days.
