good description of the process, felt well guided. Park spot was clean, safe and left a good impression. Would use it again if required.

Didn't know JustPark at all and it was very easy to find and pay for a spot for the duration of our stay. Directions to the parking were clear as was contact info.

Great spot, 10min walk from train station, was able to have a lovely day in Cambridge without worrying about my car, I reached out to Elisa and Jose and there were very helpful and quick in their response, would recommend

Car space was not available when I arrived. Had to phone the owner and arrange to park elsewhere

There was a car parked in the space so I was unable to park there, would not use again. Made me late for my appointment and would not use again. -Space owner response: I apologise that the bay was taken when you arrived and that it made you late. Another JustPark user parked in error — they didn’t have a valid booking and have since received a refund and reached out to apologise. I remain available by phone to help immediately if anything’s not as expected.

Parked no problem

The space was easy to find and in a safe environment. However, I was with my young daughter looking forward to a concert in Cambridge when we were accosted at the entrance to the square upon leaving by a horrible Karen with a French?? accent who stopped on her bike, glared at us before shouting after us that we had no right to park there and that we could be towed!!!. She proceeded to lecture us and make us feel very uncomfortable about leaving our vehicle in the space that we had booked. She seems to have a grudge about the space being rented out. I thanked her for ruining our trip because we would now be worried about our car not being there when we returned. When we returned my car was still there and untouched but it was a disappointing experience. I have tried to call the owner of the space three times to relay this information before posting this review but have been unable to get any answer on the supplied phone number. The space is brilliant but the Karen neighbour with a grudge is horrible and she could ruin your day like she did ours, please bear this in mind, I think it only fair to warn you about our experience.

Easy ten minute stroll to train station

I had decided to drive to Cambridge for work at an event and was searching for suitable car parks in Cambridge city centre as hotel did not have parking on site. I know from previous experience parking in Cambridge Centre is expensive, so I decided to use JustPark for first time. I was little worried and cautious at first parking my car in someone's parking space, but parking spot was clear as well as details and it was a Cul-de-Sac, so off main road and easy to find. Walking distance it's over 30 mins to City Centre, but by car, it's short distance. I took a Uber back to town centre as had bags. I spoke to Elisa when parked and felt reassured as my car will be safe. Space is enough for a small to SUV vehicle. Although booked day longer, I finished work so decided to drive back home on the day, so all good. Reasonable price for parking for few days compared to other parking spaces or in City Centre. One thing is, as there are trees front of parking spaces and had few bird poos on my car. Perhaps don't park too close to front of hedge. I would use again when going to Cambridge. Many Thanks!
