Private gravel driveway in quiet cul-de-sac. Only cars with car alarms that can be turned off remotely or have no alarm are welcome thanks. Pls message a mobile number.
We are near many Cambridge colleges: Robinson 10 mins, Murray Edwards - 10 mins, Churchill (& Moller Centre) 5 mins, , Fitzwilliam 10 mins. Newnham & Selwyn are 20-25 mins walk away.
Walking distance to West Road Concert Hall & the Grange Road Rugby ground - 20 mins. When walking to town, use the Coton footpath as it is quicker than going via Madingley Rd - 20-25 mins walk.
For town:
From the house, turn left, then left again towards the fields. At the little bridge, turn left onto the footpath and stay straight, keep walking down Adams Rd. At traffic lights keep straight following the footpath path past the University Library. Keep walking to the next set of traffic lights which leads into town, in fact, you are at the "backs" of the colleges already.
Tip for drivers: Clerk Maxwell Road just before entering Perry court , is often empty at weekends so you can park there for free - during the day only.

Spot on parking. Nipped off the M11 and took me all of 15 minutes to walk to University for a conference and then was able to nip back on the motorway to head back. Nice quiet close tucked out the way as well!
