Allocated off-street parking bay in a quiet residential private parking court (not gated and no permit), it’s well over-looked in the much sought after Accordia development, close to town, and close to the train station (CB2 area).
Google estimates 15 minutes walk to Cambridge Rail Station, although it seems to take me under 10 minutes (I must be a fast walker).
The space is clearly marked and easy to access at all times with no permits, barriers or risk of being blocked in. Ideal for regular weekday use for commuters or those who don’t mind a short walk into town.
The bay is overlooked by surrounding houses which provides good natural security, and the court is used only by residents so there is very little traffic.
Perfect for London commuters, visiting the Botanic Gardens or for station parking.
