This is a private driveway that can comfortably accommodate up to four cars. It’s just minutes from Addenbrooke’s Hospital and located on Hills Road, off Nightingale Road.
The house is parallel to the main road and surrounded by a “nature corridor”, providing a very private setting while still being easily accessible to the main road.
We’re south of the city and the parking area is inside a detached house. There’s enough space for three cars on the left side of the house and 1 car in front of our garage. Three cameras are installed, but thankfully, they’re not really needed in Cambridge!
Here’s some parking advice: it’s best to reverse your car and park near the hedges, parallel to the road. This makes it much easier to get out. ☺️
The parking space is just a few minutes’ walk from Addenbrooke’s Hospital and a short bus ride to the city centre and rail station.
The property is CCTV-surveilled, safe and secure, and someone is usually home.
Coffee is available on request!

House number not clear, spent some time driving up and down the road to work out which house it was. Owner fits four cars on the drive so it's very tight. I was the last car and it took a lot of manoeuvring. 'My' space was initially taken by a work van with another blocking the entrance to the drive. They were OK and moved when I asked but as a previous review mentioned as I'd booked the space from 10:00 but didn't arrive until 11:00, this shouldn't have happened. I won't use this space again.

Car park was full when I arrived and door bell did not work. Was waiting outside the house for >10 mins unsure what do do and if anyone was going to answer the door. By the time one of the cars had finally been moved so I could use the very expensive parking I had booked, I was already late and arrived 20mins late to an important appointment, the reason I had booked the parking to start with.
Less of a problem, but when I arrived to fetch my car on the way back, I found loads of deliveries and boxes in front of my car, resulting in me having to knock again… very minor issue compared to the aforementioned but certainly didn’t improve the overall experience! Please make sure the parking is free for when people arrive (I arrived at 9:15 and booked from 9am onwards)! It resulted in a lot of unnecessary stress for me!

2nd time I have used this space when going for a hospital appointment. lovely area which feels safe and only a 5 minute walk to the hospital. have a 7 seater car which fits comfortably in the space.

Very convenient for Addenbrooks. Slight difficulty finding space as house different to pictures- garage door now dark blue, different block paving and house number not visible. Ample size parking space although reversing in with 2 other cars present was slightly tricky.
