Convenient small parking area with tight spaces for large vehicles, but a good option if you need to park near Mill Road, especially given how busy the area can be.

Why do I have to pay a fee on top of the parking to use your app? It is analogous to using a credit/debit card: the vendor, in this case the council, should pay the fee. After all they pay someone to go round and collect the cash and then bank fees to pay it in.
