We need to figure out how to make the app more accessible to the older community. When I was leaving I noticed an elderly couple struggling with how to pay. I guided them through the process but I could tell that they would have been very lost without the help. I suggest having a JustPark sign with a visual step by step.

Not very comfortable parking. Not easy to pay if don't have an app in advance. Inconvenient limited timing is allowed.

Really Tight spaces. Very difficult to manoeuvre.

Fined for parking in an electric charging bay without charging despite the fact that the charging bays were not working and not registered with the company on the app for the charging points.
I actually wanted to charge the vehicle and had actually tried to charge my vehicle there. Stupid parking attendant doesn't care that the bays are not working.
