Not very comfortable parking. Not easy to pay if don't have an app in advance. Inconvenient limited timing is allowed.

Fined for parking in an electric charging bay without charging despite the fact that the charging bays were not working and not registered with the company on the app for the charging points.
I actually wanted to charge the vehicle and had actually tried to charge my vehicle there. Stupid parking attendant doesn't care that the bays are not working.

I received a penalty charge notice YA08058159, observed at 9:17 TO 9:23 at this location and within the time I already booked with JustPark. Very disappointed with your services.

The app was a nightmare to navigate. It was useless and kept resetting. Took two people 10 minutes for one of us to finally be able to pay. Completely useless parking company.
