I parked here and bizarrely ended up with a parking ticket (even though there was no ticket on my car when I collected at the end of the day). The owner messaged me on the day to tell me, but I didn't receive the message until sometime after. I have subsequently tried to message the owner back, but to no avail. As there was no ticket on the windscreen I have had to chase this parking fine down myself (by contacting the company that manages the parking), as well as now appealing the fine. The owner has provided zero assistance apart from the initial message.

We paid full amount for a so called reserved space, and when we reached there a van was already park! Tried contacting the owner to which he did not respond and after several tries, later sent a message after 3 hours of allotted time that he doesn’t know who parked on the reserved place so he is now cancelling the booking! So much of inconvenience and poor service.
