We paid full amount for a so called reserved space, and when we reached there a van was already park! Tried contacting the owner to which he did not respond and after several tries, later sent a message after 3 hours of allotted time that he doesn’t know who parked on the reserved place so he is now cancelling the booking! So much of inconvenience and poor service.
