Could not find the place, when to the location to find nowhere suitable to park

Appalling! Avoid! AVOID AVOID! I don't know how the space owner has the audacity to monetise from this "space". The location is off of a bus lane, so if i end up getting a ticket I'll be pretty hacked off! The "space" is located in a very tight walled lane. Anything bigger than a supermini and you're going to struggle to get in it. I hit my front valance on the opposite kerb trying to reverse in- that's how tight the space is. Then when you go to drive out you can't do this safely as you can't see what is travelling along the lane- or should i say service road. And as for the actual space...yes it's wide, but it's nothing more than a rubbish dump. Looks like the space owner is renovating a property and using this area to dump the rubbish, so i wasn't best pleased to see nails all over the area in which you are expected to park. Had it been dark i'd have probably driven into the piles of wood and rubble in the space. This space is awful and I'm not happy at all. I'll be even less happy if i find a nail in my new tyres. Disgusted is an understatement. I couldn't find an alternative space as i had a meeting to attend.

The parking venue looked totally unsafe. Also it seemed that parking was on the road side and we paid £14+ for that. I had a young person with me and we were going to the night sky show. As it would be late when we were returning to the car for health and safety reasons I chose to park in a more well lit more secure environment which obviously cost me extra. So I was disgusted with the whole experience of using your service
