Upon arrival, please use the 'Open Barrier' button on the app to open the shutter at site. You must have location services turned on and the latest version of the app downloaded. Once inside please park in any of the 6 spaces on your right-hand side.
IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances may drivers park in front of the shutter, this would cause great disruption to other drivers and may result in a fine.

Horrific. Nothing like advertised. NO locked shutter, wires hanging from camera, couldn’t contact anyone to report. Wasn’t convinced that car would be safe so moved to ncp car park paid further £69. Not happy would like refund

it is a very unsafe car park, there was no barrier and we were told by a local there hadn't been one for months so druggies used it to do their business. it was full of ubers and rubbish and disgarded shopping trolleys and I just about managed to squeeze between 2 taxis to avoid having to block a fire exit. Came back early as did not feel the car was safe

Do not use this space. I was worried when i saw other reviews about the issue with opening the garage door and they were so corect. I had booked two spaces and so 4 of us used out phones as advised and none worked. Had to reboot all phones and just park never answered on the emergency number. there was No number to ring the owner and by luck we got door open. Then on return we gained access and then once inside we were unable to open again. NO internet access this time and i could not believe there was no simple pressure pad to open from inside as is normal and frankly a safety issue. We were stuck. rebooted all phones etc and then with no idea the barrier opened , guess might have been another person in the court yard feeling sorry for us? I am amazed just park use this garage and will advise them to remove accordingly.

Hard to find the carpark we booked.
No real instructions how to get in. No Internet access so I couldn't open the shutter.
Had to use my husband phone to be able to access the App.
Other cars parked over the lines at angles to you cannot park easily.
We had to park in the only space available not marked. Came back to a note on windscreen saying you can't park here.
Will definitely use a car park next time.

Initially not happy as could not 'open barrier' when I arrived on first evening but ultimately discovered it was because I did not have 'Location services' active on my mobile phone. Thereafter there were no issues regarding entry or access.
