We are very close to AMEX Stadium with both bus (23, 25, 28) and train (Moulescoomb to Falmer) options to get there quickly from the Lewes Road, which is only a few minutes walk away. We are also very close to central Brighton: fast bus takes 10 mins and train takes 5. Or you can walk in 30. It is a quiet, safe residential area.
